The Arctic Winter Games is a prestigious event that celebrates the circumpolar world through athletic competition, cultural exchange, and social interaction. The 2024 Arctic Winter Games will be held in the Mat-Su Borough, Alaska from March 10 to March 16, 2024.
Opportunity:
Team Alberta North is actively seeking youth performers aged 14 to 19 to serve as cultural delegates. These performers will have the chance to participate in daily pop-up performances, cultural galas, and engage in cultural exchange workshops led by professional artists.
Eligibility:
- Participants must be residents of northern Alberta (north of the 55th parallel) for at least six months prior to the opening day of the Games.
- Age requirement: 14 to 19 years as of December 31, 2023.
- Groups/ensembles should ideally be multidisciplinary, featuring art disciplines such as music, theatre, dance, and storytelling.

2. Resume detailing participant’s background, level of training, and art discipline(s).
3. Portfolio showcasing a performance example.
Deadline: All submissions must be received by Friday, October 27, 2023.
